Natalie Olmsted and Jennifer Mencl created TEAL Pro Team because we believe real estate professionals should be a resource for their clients who can effectively communicate, educate, and advise their clients through every step of a real estate transaction.  As such, but not surprisingly, we often find ourselves working with first time home buyers who rely on us for our expertise and guidance as they navigate through a new an unfamiliar process.  However we have also discovered, more surprisingly, that last time home sellers are often times faced with the new and unfamiliar process of selling properties through a conservatorship, trust, or probate.  As Certified Probate Real Estate Specialists (CPRES), our clients can once again rely on us for our expertise and guidance through this challenging time.
