Natalie was 15 out of 10! She bent over backward for us. We started looking, but after 3+ months and many outbidded offers it wasn’t working out, so we changed gears and went with a new build. The undertaking of a new build takes a lot of negotiation and this was a new thing for us, but Natalie was a pro. Natalie was there assisting any way she could and made sure our endless questions were answered quickly. She is very resourceful. If she didn't have the answer, she sought it out.
